Our strategic aim is to expand our market share by strengthening relationships with existing customers and dealers, and driving significant sales growth with new customers and dealers.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving territory sales, order entry, revenue, and margin in Northern Europe. The focus will be on regional markets including the UK & Ireland, Scandinavia, and Benelux.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive annual bookings and sales growth for the Westlock Product Line in Northern Europe.
  • Develop and execute strategic geographic sales initiatives and end-user demand creation.
  • Drive demand for Westlock products at EPCs within the region.
  • Provide front-end technical support to customers pre-sale and post-sale.
  • Identify opportunities for new product development to support existing applications and improve our value proposition or technical advantage.
  • Develop a structure of regional distributors and manage existing business via distributors.

Key Requirements:

  • Technical education degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive experience in technical field sales, ideally in controls and instrumentation in the regional key markets.
  • Hands-on approach with a self-driven and self-reliant personality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build relationships with channels and end-users.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to frequently travel.

The Regional Sales Manager reports directly to the WOA Sales Director, located in Frankfurt/Main, Germany, and works closely with the European Sales Office in the UK.
