Regional Sales Manager

Your Mission
As a Regional Sales Manager for the Flemish region, you are the driving force behind our growth. You identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support companies with cutting-edge AVEVA software solutions.
What will you be doing?
- Identify and persuade potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer needs into solutions.
- Promote, prescribe, and sell AVEVA software.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate and lead large-scale sales projects.
- Identify market opportunities and share your insights with management.
What will you bring?
- At least a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial software sector.
- Knowledge of OT processes, with a focus on SCADA.
- Experience working with technical consultants, particularly on multi-year projects and/or tenders.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
