JobomschrijvingAls Product Development Engineer Pastry speel je een cruciale rol in ons R&D-team en zorg je voor de continuïteit van lopende projecten. Je werkt aan innovatieve en kwalitatieve gebaksproducten en ondersteunt het team bij productontwikkeling en procesoptimalisatie.
- Productontwikkeling: Begeleiden van lopende projecten met betrekking tot eindproduct en grondstoffen binnen de R&D-afdeling.
- Projectmanagement: Coördineren van projecten van concept tot implementatie en samenwerken met interne/externe stakeholders.
- Procesoptimalisatie: Ondersteunen van verbeteringen in productie.
- Kwaliteitsbewaking: Mee waken over de kwaliteit van producten en hierin proactief overleg plegen met zowel kwaliteit als productiemanagers.
- Aanspreekpunt: Fungeren als aanspreekpunt en ondersteuning bieden aan de plants in Oostakker (BE) en Comines (FR).
- Opleiding: Masterdiploma in Food Technology, Chemie of een vergelijkbare voedingsgerelateerde richting.
- Ervaring: Aantoonbare ervaring in R&D binnen de voedingsindustrie, bij voorkeur in de zoetwarensector en een basiskennis van levensmiddelenwetgeving. Expertise in bakkerijgrondstoffen is een plus.
- Productieomgeving: Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een plus.
- Talen: Nederlands en Frans zijn essentieel voor communicatie met de verschillende productiesites in België en Frankrijk, Engels is een plus.
- Persoonlijke vaardigheden: Je bent accuraat, zelfstandig, analytisch en creatief. Je beschikt over sterke interpersoonlijke en projectmanagementvaardigheden.
