Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Product development engineer in de regio van Deinze
Als Product Development Engineer maak je deel uit van de afdeling Research & Development en rapporteer je aan de R&D Team Leader.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het 3D ontwerp van nieuwe componenten en optimalisaties van bestaande installaties. Hierbij stem je af met je collega's van de R&D afdeling, mechanical project engineers, aankoop en productie.
- Je bent samen met de Project Leiders verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren en optimaliseren van prototypes voor nieuwe ontwerpen.
- Tijdens het ontwerpen hou je rekening met de standaard op vlak van veiligheid, onderhoudsvriendelijkheid, food contact… en dit binnen de afgesproken timing en budget.
- Je bent inventief en hebt een passie voor innovatie. Samen met je collega's binnen R&D werk je aan voorstellen die je concretiseert. Hierbij ben je betrokken bij de begeleiding en eventueel uitvoering van testen binnen ons Technology & Innovation Center.
- Je houdt jezelf steeds op de hoogte over de nieuwste technologieën via leveranciers, beurzen… en probeert deze te integreren in de toepassingsmogelijkheden. Je verdiept je gemakkelijk in interessante nieuwe concepten die op de markt komen.
- Je zorgt dat de technische documentatie van je nieuwe en aangepaste ontwerpen up-to-date blijft.
Wat verwachten we van jou?
- Je hebt een opleiding industrieel/burgerlijk ingenieur genoten of je hebt relevante ervaring als Mechanical Engineer met een sterke affiniteit voor 3D-design.
- Je hebt een hands-on bent vertrouwd met projectomgevingen waar meerdere en verschillende projecten tegelijkertijd lopen en je kan goed omgaan met deadlines.
- Volgende kenmerken typeren jouw persoonlijkheid: sterk resultaatgericht, besluitvaardig, communicatief, nauwgezet, problem solver, creatief, innoverend, zelfstandig en teamplayer.
- Je beschikt eveneens over een degelijke talenkennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
