Title : Product Owner Location : Brussels Duration : ASAP to Until 31/12/2026 Remote status : Hybrid Languages : English Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities : Product owner, coordinating a squad of 15 people (analysts, developers and testers), in the Provisioning domain. Responsibilities: Coordinate squad activities, ensure that resources assigned are efficiently and effectively contributing to the delivery of business value Follow up on agile ceremonies Manage scope, planning and backlog. Deliver business value with increasing predictability. Consult, get requirements from the stakeholders. Communicate on the delivery status and gain acceptance of the delivered value. As part of the provisioning cluster, contribute to the provisioning mid to long term product vision/roadmap and related capacity planning; and infrastructure maintenance ownership Ensure alignment of the delivery planning and management of the dependencies with the other POs of the cluster, of the tribe and with all the other squads involved in the deliverables. Ensure proper deployment as per Swift Change Management process. Organize and monitor support, incident and problem management. Manage and streamline communication with the users and other stakeholders throughout the entire cycle from inception, requirements gathering till post go-live support, and incident and problem management Ensure operational excellence and compliance, at all time Ensure committed items are delivered on time and up to expectations Skills and experience required At least 5 years of experience in an agile product owner role Strong leadership/people skills; servant leader, able to drive by sharing the vision and by empowering people Strong planning capabilities Strong sense of ownership and commitment. Expertise and experience in operations (infrastructure maintenance, deployment process, support and on-call processes) is a strong asset. Ability to gain perspective, establish a vision, and communicate it effectively with the team Good facilitation and negotiation skills, allowing to have constructive and productive discussions with users and other stakeholders. Good understanding of IT concepts and ability to discuss with developers. Fluent in English, both spoken and written
