Product Owner - Digital Services - Virtual Assistant Chatbot Brussels x2 Days a Week onsite rest remote Strong Day Rate 1yr Contract Dutch and English Well known Global Consultancy based in Brussels are looking for an experienced Product Owner Digital Services for the further development of digital projects, with a strong focus on the development of a Virtual Assistant / Chatbot. Key Responsibilities: Lead digital product development within the platform, focusing on Virtual Assistant/Chatbot implementation Represent business perspective within agile scrum team Translate stakeholder input into business requirements and user stories Collaborate with designers, developers, testers, and analysts Define and monitor KPIs aligned with CM's digital strategy Conduct UX research and analyse market trends Create and prioritise product backlog with user stories Coordinate testing, feedback collection, and impact analysis Manage project progress and budget Serve as expert point of contact for other Product Owners Ensure clear communication across agile teams and stakeholders Job Requirements: Proven experience implementing Virtual Assistant/Chatbot/AI solutions Product Owner experience or extensive digital project background Strong agile/scrum methodology expertise Master's degree or equivalent experience Deep interest in web and digital applications All interviews will be done remotely.
