Als Continuous Improvement Lead ben jij de motor achter verbeterprojecten die onze operaties slimmer, betrouwbaarder en kostenefficiënter maken. Je vertaalt ideeën naar concrete resultaten en stimuleert een cultuur van voortdurende verbetering binnen alle teams. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Identificeren en definiëren van kansen voor procesoptimalisatie (bijv. waste removal, kostenreductie). Plannen, faciliteren en uitvoeren van verbeterprojecten met behulp van projectmanagementtools. Aanbevelen en implementeren van oplossingen, opvolgen van resultaten en rapporteren van impact. Coachen en begeleiden van cross-functionele teams in nieuwe manieren van werken. Intensieve samenwerking met afdelingen zoals Supply Chain, Techniek, Quality, Finance en Marketing. Jouw profiel Masterdiploma en ervaring met projectmanagement. Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden. Gestructureerde en procesgerichte aanpak. Uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke skills. Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement. Kennis van continuous improvement-methodieken. Goede beheersing van Frans; Nederlands en Engels zijn een plus.
