They foster a collaborative, empowering culture where every team member plays a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare.The RoleAs Senior Sourcing Manager – Preclinical, you will lead sourcing strategies and vendor partnerships for non-clinical pharmacology, toxicology, and bioanalytical work. This is an opportunity to influence strategic decisions and ensure high-quality, cost-effective services that accelerate development projects.Key Responsibilities:Define and implement sourcing strategies aligned with company vision.Lead vendor selection and contract negotiations for preclinical services.Build and maintain strong partner relationships and governance processes.Monitor vendor markets and identify continuous improvement opportunities.Ensure compliance and inspection-readiness across all sourcing activities.Experience & Qualifications:M.Sc. or Ph.D. in scientific or business discipline.5+ years pharma-related experience, including 3+ years multinational outsourcing.Proven experience with CROs and external laboratory vendors.Strong knowledge of GxP requirements and contract management.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Why Join?Work for a mission-driven company delivering life-changing therapies.Be part of a collaborative, empowered culture with strong growth opportunities.Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and long-term equity programs.Interested?
