**Key Roles And Responsibilities**
- Sourcing Strategy: Follow the sourcing strategy for each business initiative, on the Application
- Portfolio and Enterprise Architecture across all business and technology areas of the Radisson
- Hotel Group. Analysis of market, competitor and potential suppliers to identify best fit potential
- suppliers, risks and opportunities
- Competitive Bid: Lead discussions to ensure alignment and documentation of vendor neutral
- business and IT requirements. Lead competitive bid and supplier analysis efforts in accordance
- with company bid policies. Consolidate bid responses, confirm category weighting, lead
- evaluation and selection process to shortlist. Identify and document requirements gaps, risks and
- security requirements for shot-listed vendors, work with IT specialists determine how gaps can
- best be mitigated through contract obligations.
- Negotiation: Responsible for delivering best in market pricing, terms and conditions, KPIs, SLAs
- and contracts that meet both business and IT requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Navigate a complex matrixed environment, create relationships with
- key business and technology stakeholders. Earn a seat at the table to become trusted advisor.
- Act as Technology Sourcing Specialist to IT and business counterparts, to contribute to the IT
- sourcing strategy to support the business needs.
- Contracting: Lead the drafting, negotiation, and lifecycle management of all types of
- Information Technology contracts to meet Radisson requirements, including but not limited to
- Cloud, Software, Hardware, IT Services, Network and Telecom in collaboration with the legal team
- Cost and Value Management: Works with the Director Technology Sourcing to (i) set realistic
- expectations for technology costs as part of the budgeting cycle, (ii) ensure all technology
- contracts are in line with budget and cost expectations upon execution. Identifies areas for
- potential cost reduction and works with IT and business leaders to implement cost savings
- opportunities. Responsible for meeting savings and performance goals annually and working
- with finance to track and report savings.
- Vendor Management: Conduct supplier evaluations to ensure each supplier meets minimum
- standards for security, financial stability, and compatibility with Radisson. Establish and manage a
- supplier management framework that enables stakeholders and external partners to work
- collaboratively with a series of regular meetings designed to proactively enhance performance,
- control costs, identify and address risks or failure to deliver against key performance indicators or
- service levels. Have regular reviews with the strategic vendors to ensure they meet their KPIs,
- discuss new opportunities as well as negotiated any disputes in terms of not meeting contractual
- obligations.
- Project Management: Successfully navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, deliver
- against multiple projects and balance the needs of competing departments against tight
- timelines without compromising the quality of contracts, negotiations or relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum experience includes +5 years in multi-disciplined Information Technology
- Sourcing or in a Senior Sourcing Management role
- +3 years in Supplier Relationship Management
- +3 years in hospitality or similar distributed stakeholder environment
- Experience in large sophisticated, matrix organized organizations with high volume
- sourcing requirements. Ability to manage a minimum of 15-20 concurrent complex
- technology sourcing projects
- Regional/Global management experience and cross functional experience
- Demonstrable technology sourcing depth with knowledge of cloud, software and
- infrastructure required
- Significant knowledge and experience in Supplier and Market analysis
- Significant experience in leading and evaluating competitive bids and in drafting,
- redlining and negotiation of technology contracts
- Strong understanding of multiple technologies and interdependencies
- Global stakeholder engagement experience able to empathize and translate
- business needs into Technology Sourcing requirements
