Ict Recruiter and Sourcing Specialist

We are 3 recruiters, 1 support coordinator and we are still looking for reinforcement to fill the 200 jobs we deal with annually.
**The job includes two parts**:
On the one hand, you are the Sourcing Projects Specialist. Again, you can divide these projects into two parts:
**Technical context**
- You have at least a bachelor degree (university level preferred) but equivalent professional experience may also suffice;
- You are bilingual NL/FR;
- You work fluently with MS-Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint...), ATS, tests, telephone screenings;
- + 6 years of experience in recruitment. Experience with ICT recruitment is a MUST.
- You know the necessity and difficulty of Sourcing: school community, Actiris, VDAB, ATS, social media, RecruiterSeat,....
- You are social and communicative and are a team player
- Core competencies: bilingual, driven and motivated worker and team player.
**Business context**
Our client is the manager of the electricity and natural gas distribution networks in the Brussels-Capital Region.
Every day, our 1,100 employees work to supply 500,000 Brussels households and businesses with energy. On sites or from our headquarters in the heart of the city, our teams improve the quality of life of Brussels residents and are the driving force behind the energy transition.
The energy transition with the deployment of renewable energy sources is a major challenge for us and our customers. But the arrival of electric cars, solar panels and heat pumps will also have an impact on the management of distribution networks. Digitization and data management will be important levers to further meet this challenge.
