Get in touch now.What you will doAdminister and optimize the Snow Software (Flexera) SAM platform on a daily basisMonitor and ensure software license compliance for key vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Adobe)Deliver clear compliance, usage and cost reports to stakeholdersDetect over- or under-licensing and define corrective actionsPrepare and coordinate vendor audits with internal teamsSupport Finance and Procurement during contract renewals and negotiationsDrive license optimization through reuse and removal of unused assetsStay up to date on evolving licensing models (cloud, subscription, hybrid)What you bring3–5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM)Strong hands-on expertise with Snow Software (License Manager, Inventory, SAM Intelligence)Solid knowledge of enterprise licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Adobe)Experience in an ITIL / ITSM RUN environmentStrong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI or similar)Native French/Dutch + EnglishStructured, compliance-driven and proactive mindsetComfortable working with Finance, Procurement and Legal stakeholdersInterested?
