_Our Client, a boutique asset management company, having offices in three countries and _managing more than 0._7_bn EUR in assets_, is looking for a new junior portfolio manager for its Brussels/Ghent office with the following tasks: _
- **Client management**_
- _Day to day contact with HNWI_
- _Handling client requests related to our services_
- _Updating clients on our portfolio strategy_
- _Interacting with our professional partners i.e. family offices, insurance brokers, _
- **Portfolio management**_
- _Client onboarding (KYC and CDD, document processing)_
- _Account opening (bank document processing)_
- _Realigning portfolios with our growth and value investment strategy_
- _Administrative follow up of client instructions & files_
- _Contact with custodians & insurance companies in different countries_
- _Participating in weekly investment committee meetings_
- **Business development**_
- _Participating at business development meetings_
- _Attending (prospective) client event_
- _You speak fluent Dutch and English (French is a nice add-on)_
- _Having had a first working experience in the financial sector or consultancy_
- _2,5 to 5 years of professional experience_
- _Demonstrated interest in the financial markets_
- _Proficient at Excel and PowerPoint_
- _Solution driven mentality_
- _Able to represent our company to clients through good communication skills_
- _Capable to work accurately and independently_
- _Hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit and no 9 to 5 mentality_
