Senior Business Analyst – High Voltage Asset Management

Are you a seasoned Business Analyst who wants to make a real impact on the energy transition and large-scale infrastructure? This role puts you at the heart of digital transformation within high-voltage asset management. Your MissionAs a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming and harmonizing asset management processes to:Improve efficiency and data qualitySupport renewable energy growthEnable large infrastructure programsAlign processes across international operations Your ResponsibilitiesYou will:Design and optimize business processes end-to-endCapture business needs and translate them into clear IT requirementsAct as a bridge between business and IT (functional analysts, architects, PMs)Challenge stakeholders to deliver pragmatic and future-proof solutionsSupport the development, rollout, and maintenance of IT toolsActively contribute to change management and user adoption Key Project Focus – Asset Reference SystemsYou will support digitalisation initiatives including:Centralisation of asset reference data(overhead lines, underground cables, substations)Data migration from legacy systemsEnterprise-wide data availability through data products Key TasksModel as-is and to-be processes (BPMN)Translate needs into:EpicsFeaturesUser storiesDevelop business information models(interfaces, screens, reports, migrations)Align and validate requirements with ITValidate functional analysesSupport testing & UATCreate training materials and deliver end-user trainingSupport users post go-live Your ProfileEducation & ExperienceMaster's degree (technical or economic) or equivalent experience10+ years of experience as a Business AnalystCore ExpertiseBusiness needs analysisBusiness requirements definitionBusiness process modelingSkillsStrong analytical and critical mindset Excellent communication skillsConfident stakeholder managementStructured, autonomous, and collaborativeCustomer-oriented and adaptable Technical KnowledgeBPMN 2.0UML Class DiagramsTools such as Enterprise Architect, Jira, Azure DevOps (plus)Experience in:Energy / electricity sector (plus)Asset reference systems (plus) LanguagesEnglish: good (reading & writing)Dutch or French: very good (spoken & written)Understanding of the second national language required
