Senior Business Analyst Assets ServiceWe ARE Renewables is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a client in the energy industry. Responsibilities:Modeling the business processes and guiding the business in redesigning their processes.Identifying business needs and translating these into supported business requirements in the form of epics/features/user stories/PBI.Business challenges related to needs and to-be processes.Developing the necessary business information models: these describe the information needed to meet the various requirementsCoordinating and validating requirements between/by the business and IT.Validating the functional analysis of IT.After implementation of a tool: testing and validating the releases, including support in UAT.Play an active role in the change, including developing training materials and delivering training (to end users), in accordance with existing change management methodology and supported by the change management toolkit.Supporting the business in using IT tools during post-implementation.Close collaboration with the Business Architect to set up/challenge the business architecture as needs change.Requirements:At least 7 years of relevant experience as a business analyst in identifying needs, developing business requirements, and developing business processes.A good knowledge of English; Dutch and/or FrenchMaster's degree in a technical or economic field or equivalent through experience.You work independently and as part of a team. You are able to build consensus and convince various stakeholders.Skilled in planning and organization.A sufficient dose of customer focus and flexibility.Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML Class diagram.Experience with using EA (Enterprise Architect), Jira & DevOps tools is a plus.Experience in the electricity sector is an added value.Experience in maintaining industrial assets is a plus.Employment information:Work regime: Full-timeOnsite presence: By default, a physical presence on site is required for 2 days per week.
