In this context of continuous evolution and development, we are currently seeking a Head of Asset Management. The Head of Asset Management is responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of asset management, overseeing the team and driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across three key pillars: installation, maintenance, and procurement, while ensuring the overall effectiveness of the function and alignment with organizational goals. Tasks and Responsibilities Lead the Asset Management team, overseeing operations in three key areas:Installation & Deployment: Supervise project managers in the installation of lockers, ensuring smooth execution from location setup to operational launch. Asset Maintenance: Manage a team of technicians responsible for repairing and maintaining lockers, including screens, electrical components, and structural elements. Procurement & Innovation: Oversee asset acquisition and innovation, ensuring new technologies and solutions meet market trends and business requirements. Drive continuous process improvement through KPI monitoring, compliance tracking, and data analysis. Conduct detailed process analyses to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall operational performance. Develop and implement strategies for preventive actions and process optimization across all asset management functions. Evaluate risks and analyze the impact of proposed process changes, ensuring minimal disruption and high-value improvements. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and business goals. Foster collaboration between departments to optimize workflows and align operational processes with business objectives. Ensure the effective integration of new technologies and tools to improve asset management systems and drive innovation. Requirements Master's /bachelors degree in industrial, electromechanical, construction, software engineering ( or a related field) Experience in asset management, process optimization, or engineering Proven leadership skills Strong technical background (electrical systems, software installation, industrial techniques) Analytical & strategic thinker, with experience in process improvement and innovation. Fluent in English + Dutch or French. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with project & change management methodologies.
