Role & Responsibilities Acting as senior full-stack developer and technical reference for the team Coaching junior and medior developers and performing code reviews Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Java, Angular, SQL, and optional technologies (ng-grid, AWS, Python) Analyzing user needs and translating them into efficient technical solutions Coordinating development tasks, delegating work, and supporting the Delivery Manager in planning Resolving complex technical issues and guiding the team through challenges Ensuring software quality, maintainability, performance, and security Supervising system modifications, updates, and lifecycle activities Conducting security checks and identify areas for improvement Communicating regularly with internal stakeholders regarding expectations and progress Qualifications Your Profile University degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. A true team player, eager to share knowledge and support colleagues. Fluent in English, with strong communication and coordination skills. Proactive, structured, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Strong sense of quality, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset. Customer-oriented, solution-driven, and continuously seeking improvement. Technical Skills Solid experience with: Java backend development Angular frontend development SQL (database modeling, stored procedures, optimization) Strong understanding of full‑stack architecture and modern development practices.
