ContextYou will join an ICT Security team responsible for protecting critical digital and industrial systems.The role focuses on cybersecurity monitoring, incident response support, security requirements analysis, and secure architecture design for both office IT and industrial environments.You will act as a bridge between technical teams, security specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure security is built into systems, processes, and architectures.MissionAs Security Officer / Functional Security Analyst, your mission is to:Support detection, analysis, and response to cybersecurity threatsTranslate business and operational needs into security requirementsContribute to secure architectures for office IT and industrial control systemsFormalize processes and procedures for security tools and monitoringEnsure alignment with recognized security standards and frameworksKey ResponsibilitiesCybersecurity & OperationsSupport security incident detection, analysis, and response activitiesContribute to improving monitoring and detection capabilitiesPerform bottom-up analysis for diagnostics and impact assessmentsFunctional & Security AnalysisGather and analyze business, technical, and security requirementsTranslate stakeholder needs into clear functional and security specificationsAssess existing infrastructure and identify improvement opportunitiesArchitecture & DesignContribute to security architecture design for:Office IT environmentsIndustrial Control Systems (ICS / OT)Support definition and formalization of security frameworks and modelsProcess & DocumentationDefine and document procedures for security tools and monitoring processesWrite clear and usable security and functional documentationSupport compliance and alignment with industry standardsTechnical SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsIT and application architectureInfrastructure and networking conceptsFamiliarity with security frameworks and standards: NIST, CIS, ISO 27001/27002, IEC 62443Ability to perform structured analysis and diagnosticsLanguages : English + Dutch or French
