Location: Brussels, Belgium - Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week)Employemnt Type: FreelanceLanguage: English & French or DutchAbout the Role:We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Business Analyst to support ongoing digital workplace initiatives and help drive adoption of M365 solutions across the organization. You will work closely with business teams, IT stakeholders, and change management to translate needs into scalable and user-friendly solutions.Key ReponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements related to Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power BI, Power Platform, etc.)Support enhancement of digital collaboration and document management processesDefine and document AS-IS and TO-BE workflows and business processesTranslate business needs into functional specifications and user storiesCollaborate with technical teams for solution design and configurationSupport change management, user adoption, and stakeholder communicationConduct functional testing, UAT coordination, and issue resolutionProvide training support, documentation, and best-practice guidelinesSkills & Experience5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a digital workplace or IT transformation environmenSolid knowledge of M365 applications — especially Teams, SharePoint, and Power PlatformStrong analytical and communication skills; able to work with both business and technical stakeholdersExperience with Agile delivery (user stories, backlogs, sprint reviews)Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Miro)Excellent English and French or DutchAbility to work onsite in Brussels 2-3 days/week
