Our expertise serves various technology sectors such as automotive, aerospace, medical, defense, rail, and energy while providing distinctive support for their development and operations.
We are looking for an Experienced PMO to join one of our key clients in the industrial sector. You will play a pivotal role in project coordination and supervision, ensuring operational performance and best practices in project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide performance indicators (including financial) for different projects.
- Consolidate and manage monthly Charge/Capacity alignment exercises.
- Maintain and improve the project management tool (MS Project Server).
- Train and support project managers and teams in project management methodologies.
- Act as a PMO for operational projects.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Ensure planning, tracking, and control methods are applied for on-time and on-budget project execution.
- Continuously improve project management processes and collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for optimization.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Significant experience in project management, ideally within a PMO environment.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, PMP, or Prince2 methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
- Fluency in English & French.
