Project Description

We are looking for an Experienced PMO to join one of our key clients in the industrial sector. You will play a pivotal role in project coordination and supervision, ensuring operational performance and best practices in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide performance indicators (including financial) for different projects.
• Consolidate and manage monthly Charge/Capacity alignment exercises.
• Maintain and improve the project management tool (MS Project Server).
• Train and support project managers and teams in project management methodologies.
• Act as a PMO for operational projects.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Ensure planning, tracking, and control methods are applied for on-time and on-budget project execution.
• Continuously improve project management processes and collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for optimization.

Your strengths:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in project management, ideally within a PMO environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, PMP, or Prince2 methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
• Fluency in English & French
