To realize these transformative solutions and further expand our impact, we are looking for a talented senior machine learning consultant. You will guide various companies and play a key role in solving complex challenges using advanced machine learning techniques. You will be responsible for developing predictive modeling, optimization, and forecasting, combining a deep understanding of client needs with the design and implementation of data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Providing tailored advice to clients within the domain of Operational Excellence and implementing the best solutions within their business strategy.
  2. Executing and managing a variety of projects, overseeing project scope and results. Projects focus on Continuous Improvement, Change Management, Strategy Development & Deployment in Operational Excellence, Performance Management & Standards, Improvement & Process Management, Leadership & Culture.
  3. Expanding our service offerings commercially by identifying new opportunities, establishing client contacts, and realizing new projects.
Our ideal Project Manager OPEX/Continuous Improvement:
  1. Holds a master's degree.
  2. Has 5 to 7 years of experience in the field of Operational Excellence, preferably in various sectors.
  3. Has the ambition to promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and a drive for perfection within and outside our company.
  4. Is fluent in Dutch and/or French.
  5. Is flexible, curious, and enjoys variety and taking initiative.
  6. Is customer-oriented, a team player, and a persuasive communicator.
  7. Holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
