De Nationale Bank (NBB) beschikt over een omvangrijk gebouwenbestand met een totale bruto-oppervlakte van ongeveer 200000m², verspreid over haar hoofdzetel in Brussel en het toekomstige cashcenter in Zellik. Door de specifieke veiligheidsvereisten van een centrale bank, de veranderende behoeften aan kantoorruimte, de comforteisen en de vereisten inzake het beheer van de invloed op het milieu moet dit gebouwenbestand voortdurend worden aangepast en gemoderniseerd.

Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Building Technology Coordinator (V/M/X) voor de entiteit Exploitatie en onderhoud van de dienst Uitrusting en technieken binnen het departement Facilitair beheer. Je maakt deel uit van een team van specialisten in verschillende technische domeinen en werkt binnen het team als specialist op het gebied van innovatieve smart buildings-technologieën.

Als 'building technology coordinator' sta je in voor alle aspecten van smart buildings-projecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het budget, de follow-up, de administratie, de processen en de planning. Daarnaast ondersteun je lopende projecten en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alle interne en externe klanten en leveranciers met betrekking tot smart building-technologieën. Je helpt bij aanpassingen aan het technische computernetwerk en voert de nodige tests uit op de architectuur, waarbij je rekening houdt met alle strikte cyberbeveiligingseisen die het departement Informatica oplegt.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de smart building-hardware communiceert met de bestaande softwareplatformen en toepassingen van de NBB. Daartoe ga je probleemloos om met de verschillende gegevens en communicatieprotocollen.

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de betrouwbaarheid en kwaliteit van de gegevens die door de technologische smart building-installaties worden verstuurd en voor de overdracht ervan naar andere platformen.
  • Je volgt de ontwikkeling van innovaties in jouw vakgebied en past deze toe in verscheidene renovatieprojecten. Je bespreekt met je collega's de toegevoegde waarde van de implementatie ervan en zorgt ervoor dat er rekening wordt gehouden met de gevolgen voor het onderhoud.
  • Je werkt mee aan het opstellen van interactieve presentaties over de innovatieve technologieën die je hebt toegepast.
  • Je hebt de vaardigheid om zowel automatische (SQL, Azure, API, XML, enz.) als semi-automatische (PowerBI, Teams, SharePoint, enz.) communicatiebruggen op te zetten tussen verschillende platformen, en je kunt ook communicatiebruggen opzetten tussen het gebouwbeheersysteem (Siemens Desigo) en de building technology-infrastructuur (LoRa, MQTT, KNX).
  • Je gebruikt je kennis van computernetwerken (TCP/IP, VRF, VLAN, CIDR, enz.) om gegevens veilig en betrouwbaar te verzenden.
  • Je werkt mee aan de helpdesk (overdag) door indien nodig technische incidenten in verband met je vakgebied te behandelen. In die hoedanigheid voer je waar nodig eerstelijnsinterventies uit.
  • Je neemt deel aan de wachtdienst door alle technische incidenten te behandelen die zich in de gebouwen van de NBB kunnen voordoen. Daartoe ben je bereid om je kennis van alle andere gebouwtechnieken (HVAC, elektriciteit, enz.) verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat de verschillende externe ondernemingen en onderaannemers correct en veilig werken.

Vereisten:

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in technisch beheer, elektromechanica, informatica, elektriciteit, HVAC, automatisering, of vergelijkbaar.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in gebouwenbeheer en kennis van de technische domeinen in verband met facilitair beheer, elektriciteit, HVAC, elektromechanica, enz., evenals van IT-tools die bij facilitair beheer worden ingezet (gecentraliseerd technisch beheer/BMS, CMMS, BIM, enz.). Kennis van NWOW-concepten is een pluspunt.
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in team werken.
  • Je hebt sterke administratieve vaardigheden en kunt gemakkelijk navigeren door de verscheidene IT-tools (Outlook, BIM360, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Excel, enz.).
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatievaardigheden.
