Freelance Senior Business Analist Een Vlaams overheidsagentschap is op zoek naar een Senior Business Analist om digitale projecten en procesoptimalisaties te ondersteunen. Het agentschap werkt aan innovatieve trajecten die dienstverlening verbeteren, processen efficiënter maken en data-intelligentie inzetten om besluitvorming te versterken. Jouw werkomgeving Je komt terecht in een team dat verantwoordelijk is voor digitale transformatie en innovatie. Het team ontwikkelt oplossingen voor zowel interne processen als externe dienstverlening, met aandacht voor gebruiksvriendelijkheid, data-analyse en slimme technologieën. Binnen het team lopen strategische programma's gericht op: Verbetering van digitale interactie met interne en externe stakeholders Innovatieve toepassingen van technologie en data om processen slimmer en efficiënter te maken Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Business Analist vertaal je businessbehoeften naar digitale oplossingen en werk je nauw samen met product owners, experten en IT-teams. Je taken: Analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en identificeren van optimalisatiemogelijkheden Ontwerpen en begeleiden van digitale oplossingen, van concept tot implementatie Vertalen van businessnoden naar een product backlog en goed uitgewerkte user stories (Proxy Product Owner) Meewerken aan innovatieve trajecten met data en slimme technologieën, van prototype tot productie Jouw profiel Ervaring met bedrijfsvoering en ICT-toepassingen Expertise in businessprocesanalyse en optimalisatie (BPM) Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement Kennis van projectmanagement (planning, kosten, coördinatie, schattingen) Taalvereiste: Nederlands – CEFR C2 Praktisch Locatie: Brussel (hybride, 2–3 dagen per week op locatie) Startdatum: 1 december
