Decathlon Belgium is looking for a SEO expert to join our team and elevate our online presence If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possess a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, then this opportunity is for you As an SEO Expert, you will be responsible for the company's organic search strategy. SEO Audit Conduct technical and semantic SEO audits of websites (structure, performance, content analysis, etc.) Identify areas for improvement and propose strategic recommendations. Spokesperson with our headquarter SEO team and SEO experts worldwide, share best practices, implement innovation spotted in other territories. On-page and Off-page Optimization Implement strategies to optimize site pages (HTML tags, URL structure, internal linking, content, etc.). Develop link-building strategies to enhance the site's authority. SEO Performance Monitoring Analyze keyword performance and traffic using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Monitor search engine rankings and adjust strategies accordingly. Optimized Content Creation Collaborate with editorial teams to produce SEO-friendly content (integration of strategic keywords, optimization of titles, descriptions, etc.). Implement content strategies tailored to user search intent. SEO Monitoring Keep up with changes in search engine algorithms and SEO trends. Test new techniques and tools to maintain an up-to-date SEO strategy. Reporting and Analysis Provide regular reports on SEO performance, actions taken, and results achieved. Analyze competitors and adjust strategies based on market developments. Jobprofiel You demonstrate strong autonomy and initiative in driving projects forward. Your analytical mindset enables you to work effectively with complex information, delivering insightful solutions. With excellent organizational skills, you manage multiple projects simultaneously with ease, maintaining keen attention to detail and consistently meeting strict deadlines. Driven by a passion for sport, you also excel in providing exceptional client focus and are committed to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. As a SEO expert, you also have : Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, ideally in an e-commerce or digital agency environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.). Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (for solving technical SEO issues). In-depth understanding of Google algorithms and SEO best practices. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret...
