Given this share and the growing digitalisation within the organisation, we are looking for an experienced digital marketer.

About THoM Talent Search

THoM Talent Search is part of The House of Marketing and helps companies recruit permanent marketing profiles.

As Digital Expert, you play a key role in both the strategy and roll-out of digital marketing and communication campaigns. You will be responsible for the quality of all content published on digital channels, aligning stakeholders, and contributing to data-driven decision-making and a better digital experience.

Responsibilities
  • Defining the digital communication strategy and objectives for the various digital channels
  • Publishing content in collaboration with colleagues on the website and distributing through various channels
  • Supporting the set digital strategy and objectives for newsletters and email campaigns
  • Assisting the team in setting up campaigns by defining objectives, creating landing pages and Hubspot workflows
  • Monitoring and analysing the impact of communication campaigns and suggesting improvements, ensuring data quality, and creating dashboards to track performance
  • Actively seeking opportunities for improvement within digital (tools, content, processes, etc.)
  • Taking initiative to share knowledge with the team, acting as a mentor and implementing appropriate tools for knowledge sharing
  • Increasing the impact of digital campaigns by developing content strategies and creative elements.
Qualifications
  • More than five years of experience in digital marketing
  • Master or bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or business management with a specialisation in marketing
  • Experience in campaign management
  • Experience in project management from A to Z and excellent organisational skills
  • Experience in coordinating external partners (such as marketing agencies) is a plus.
  • Analytical, data-driven and experienced in using analytical tools. Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Lookerstudio and/or Funnel.
  • Knowledge of publishing content via a CMS and mastery of Umbraco and/or Hubspot are a plus. Knowledge of SEO, Facebook Ads and the LinkedIn ad manager is also a plus.
  • Excellent command of French or Dutch (written and spoken) and good knowledge of English.
  • Eager to learn and willing to develop.
  • Inspires and develops the skills of his/her team in his/her area of activity.
  • Has the ability and flexibility to manage one or more projects
  • Autonomous, conscientious and results-oriented.
