Notre partenaire, entreprise de renommée dans la gestion de bâtiments à usage tertiaire et industriel cherche un Project Manager HVAC. En tant que Project Manager chez notre partenaire, vous gérez des projets de A à Z: de l'offre à achèvement du projet.Vous serez responsable de plusieurs projets HVAC d'envergure Vous gérez les éléments liés directement et indirectement à la situation financière de vos projets Vous serez également responsable de tout le suivi technique: contacts continus avec vos clients, établissement des offres sur mesureVous composerez vos équipes de projet et établirez les deadlines à respecter tout en respectant les normes de sécuritéLe profil que nous recherchons pour relever cette fonction:Dispose d'un Master en électromécanique / climatisation et au min 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de très gros projets HVAC ou, être Project Engineer avec 5 à 10 d'expérience en HVAC et capable d'évoluer vers cette fonction d'ici 2-3 ans. Maitrise parfaitement le français et parle couramment l'anglais Sait gérer et motiver ses équipes Notre partenaire vous propose d'intégrer une entreprise en constante évolution faisant partie d'un groupe actif à l'internationale Vous décrocherez ici un CDI avec un package salarial attractif.
