Onsite Network Support Engineer Locatie: Haven van Antwerpen – ScheldelaanOpstart: ASAPUurrooster: Glijdende uren (opstart tussen 07:30 en 08:30)Voor onze klant in de haven van Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een Onsite Network Support Engineer. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor fysieke IT-ondersteuning op locatie en werk je nauw samen met remote teams om netwerkcomponenten correct te installeren, onderhouden en te ondersteunen.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:Physical Support: installeren, verplaatsen en demonteren van netwerkcomponenten zoals:Access pointsLAN-apparatuurPatch panelsWLAN controllersCore switchesIP-telefonie, voice gateways en UC-serversAansluiten en bekabelen van devices (switches, routers, access points, …)Plaatsen en vervangen van patchkabelsIn- en uitschakelen van apparatuur, uitvoeren van resets indien nodigControleren van status-LED’s en rapporteren van bevindingenSamenwerking met remote teamsOverleggen met remote engineers tijdens implementatiesFeedback geven over de staat van hardware en bekabelingLokaliseren van apparatuur in racks of ruimtes volgens aangeleverde specificatiesJouw profielJe hebt minstens een eerste ervaring als Support Engineer of Support TechnicianErvaring binnen Network Support is een grote plusJe bent flexibel en bereid om dagelijks naar de haven van Antwerpen (Scheldelaan) te gaanJe beschikt over een BA4 of BA5 certificaat, of je staat open om dit te behalenJe beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs BJe werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en communiceert vlot met verschillende teamsTalenkennis Nederlands: native of zeer vloeiendEngels: vloeiendWat wij biedenEen uitdagende onsite functie in een technisch complexe en professionele omgevingNauwe samenwerking met ervaren netwerk- en remote teamsGlijdende werkuren voor een betere work-life balanceMarktconform loonpakket met tal van extralegale voordelen (bedrijfswagen, maaltijdcheques, uitgebreide hospitalisatieverzekering, netto-onkostenvergoeding,...)
