Onsite Network Support Engineer Locatie: Haven van Antwerpen – Scheldelaan Opstart: ASAP Uurrooster: Glijdende uren (opstart tussen 07:30 en 08:30) Voor onze klant in de haven van Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een Onsite Network Support Engineer. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor fysieke IT-ondersteuning op locatie en werk je nauw samen met remote teams om netwerkcomponenten correct te installeren, onderhouden en te ondersteunen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Physical Support: installeren, verplaatsen en demonteren van netwerkcomponenten zoals: Access points LAN-apparatuur Patch panels WLAN controllers Core switches IP-telefonie, voice gateways en UC-servers Aansluiten en bekabelen van devices (switches, routers, access points, ...) Plaatsen en vervangen van patchkabels In- en uitschakelen van apparatuur, uitvoeren van resets indien nodig Controleren van status-LED's en rapporteren van bevindingen Samenwerking met remote teams Overleggen met remote engineers tijdens implementaties Feedback geven over de staat van hardware en bekabeling Lokaliseren van apparatuur in racks of ruimtes volgens aangeleverde specificaties Jouw profiel Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring als Support Engineer of Support Technician Ervaring binnen Network Support is een grote plus Je bent flexibel en bereid om dagelijks naar de haven van Antwerpen (Scheldelaan) te gaan Je beschikt over een BA4 of BA5 certificaat, of je staat open om dit te behalen Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en communiceert vlot met verschillende teams Talenkennis Nederlands: native of zeer vloeiend Engels: vloeiend Wat wij bieden Een uitdagende onsite functie in een technisch complexe en professionele omgeving Nauwe samenwerking met ervaren netwerk- en remote teams Glijdende werkuren voor een betere work-life balance Marktconform loonpakket met tal van extralegale voordelen (bedrijfswagen, maaltijdcheques, uitgebreide hospitalisatieverzekering, netto-onkostenvergoeding,...)
