Overview Als Project Manager voor onze Business Central projecten ben jij de drijvende kracht achter succesvolle implementaties. Jij bewaakt het overzicht, houdt de voortgang scherp in de gaten en zorgt dat elk project soepel verloopt. Samen met consultants, developers en klanten zorg je ervoor dat meerdere trajecten tegelijk op schema blijven en binnen budget worden afgerond De DNA van Alistar Bij Alistar draait alles om vooruitgang, menselijk en technologisch. Van uitdaging naar oplossing Als Project Manager breng je structuur en energie in elk project: Projecten leiden: van kleinere implementaties tot complexe trajecten, jij houdt alles onder controle. Teams motiveren: je begeleidt en inspireert collega’s richting resultaat. Risico’s detecteren: je ziet bottlenecks op tijd en stuurt bij om projecten op koers te houden. Klantgericht werken: je communiceert helder met alle betrokkenen en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking. Administratie en budget: je bewaakt deadlines, opvolging van budgetten, facturatie en alle administratieve processen. Wat jij kan, maakt het verschil Jij weet hoe je projecten tot een goed einde brengt en teams vooruit helpt. We zoeken iemand die: Minstens 2 jaar ervaring heeft in het leiden van ERP-projecten, bij voorkeur Business Central projecten. Sterk is in plannen, organiseren en motiveren van teams. Risico’s snel herkent en adequaat bijstuurt. Gestructureerd werkt en een scherp oog heeft voor deadlines en budgetten. Helder en klantgericht communiceert met collega’s, klanten en partners. Bij ons ben je niet alleen uitvoerder, maar ook een echte partner van de business. Je werkt hands-on, denkt mee, daagt collega’s uit en bouwt samen aan projecten die impact maken.
