You benefit from personalised training coaching and a clear long term development path within large scale capital project delivery.As a freelancerYou work in a transparent collaboration model with competitive daily rates long term assignments professional support and continuity within complex pharmaceutical investment programs.In both cases, you work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry.Job descriptionIn this role you lead medium to large scale capital projects across their full lifecycle within regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.Lead complex capital projects from early ideation and design through execution and handoverDrive project delivery with strong focus on safety quality cost schedule and riskCoordinate cross functional stakeholders including engineering facilities EHS IT quality and financeManage internal teams and external contractors suppliers and consultantsOversee commissioning qualification and validation activitiesEnsure clear project governance reporting KPI tracking and stakeholder communicationManage scope changes risk mitigation and issue resolutionDeliver structured project close out lessons learned and continuous improvement inputsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering Master's preferredPMP or equivalent project management certificationTen or more years of experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environmentsProven experience delivering capital projects from design through start upStrong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing process engineering and regulatory requirementsSolid experience with cost control scheduling budgeting and contractor managementAbility to lead complex cross functional and partly remote teamsStructured solution driven communicatorAre you ready to make a real difference in healthcare?Join our dynamic team and help drive innovation in pharmaceutical manufacturing.Apply now and let's make an impact together.Want to learn more?
