We are expanding our presence in the Benelux region and seek experienced senior operations consultants to help transform our clients' operations through large, complex projects. This role offers opportunities for personal and professional growth while contributing to our mission. Key responsibilities include: Working as part of client engagement teams to execute complex tasks across multiple technical workstreams Serving as a subject matter expert in areas such as behavioral safety, workplace safety, safety culture, process safety management, or culture change Contributing to our intellectual property and developing our Operational Risk Management services Managing projects, clients, and teams independently Developing expertise within our ORM portfolio and mentoring team members Analyzing operational processes and performance to identify improvement opportunities in safety, operational excellence, or sustainability Engaging directly with clients to implement effective solutions Analyzing data to develop recommendations and preparing high-quality presentations and reports Conducting interviews, observations, and data analysis at client sites Designing and delivering training, coaching, and workshops at client locations This position is home-based in Belgium, with frequent travel to client sites, up to 4 days per week.
