Als Credit Administrator voor onze ethische bank:
De Credit Officer heeft de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je stelt kredietcontracten van wisselende complexiteit op in nauwe samenwerking met de commerciële teams.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de overeengekomen garanties ingesteld worden door regelmatig in contact te treden met externe partners, zoals notariskantoren, subsidiërende instanties of regionale garantiefondsen.
- Je staat in voor de encodering en het beheer van kredietgegevens en garanties in onze banksystemen.
- Je voert een breed scala aan taken uit tijdens de volledige looptijd van het krediet: opvolging van heffingen, controle van betalingen, verlengingen van tarieven, opstellen van aanvullende overeenkomsten, enz.
- Je ziet erop toe dat de berekeningen correct zijn en bent verantwoordelijk voor de facturatie van commissies en andere kosten.
- Je stelt verschillende soorten verklaringen op (revisorenattesten, bankverklaringen, fiscale attesten, enz.) voor externe partijen.
- Je neemt deel aan de inzameling en verstrekking van gegevens aan de Nationale Bank van België.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle kredietprocedures en werkvoorschriften correct toegepast worden.
- Je helpt onze interne procedures en werkmethoden te verbeteren met uw creativiteit, flexibiliteit en proactiviteit.
- Je werkt bij al uw taken hand in hand samen met de commerciële afdelingen, het Middle Office en de interne juridische dienst. Vlotte en transparante communicatie is dus een essentiële voorwaarde.
