Job Title: Power BI Fabric ConsultantContract Duration: ASAP - 31/12/2026Location: Brussels, BelgiumWork status: HybridLanguages: English Task description Phase 1 Core Banking Renewal (CBR)Act as analytics partner for business teams impacted by the new core banking systemTranslate new core banking data structures into business KPIs, metrics, and reportingSupport parallel run and reconciliation from a business and reporting perspectiveEnsure continuity of critical operational, regulatory, and management reportingPhase 2 Power BI Report Server à Fabrice MigrationOwn the business roadmap for migration from Power BI Report Server to Microsoft FabricIdentify, prioritise, and sequence dashboards and reports for migrationValidate functional equivalence, performance, and usability post-migrationDrive adoption of Fabric-based Power BI analytics across business teamsBusiness Partnership & DeliveryAct as trusted analytics partner for Finance, Operations, Risk, Marketing, etcTranslate business needs into clear analytics and reporting requirementsPrioritise analytics initiatives based on value, urgency, and regulatory impactEnsure use of governed and certified datasetsSupport training, coaching, change management, and user adoption Specific competences neededRequired Experience & SkillsSenior experience with Power BI and Microsoft FabricProven involvement in Core Banking Renewal or large banking transformation programsProven involvement in Power BI Report Server à Fabric migration projectsExperience with wherescape is a big plusStrong understanding of Azure-based analytics platformsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in Agile environmentsUnderstanding of data governance and reporting best practicesFluent in English What We’re Looking ForBusiness-oriented, value-driven analytics professionalComfortable leading business change during large transformation programsStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityAble to translate technical platform changes into business impact
