Wat we zoekenCircular bv is op zoek naar een getalenteerde Energy solutions adviser om ons team bij Circular te versterken. De ideale kandidaat heeft een sterke achtergrond in marktontwikkeling, maar ook bij voorkeur kennis over de energiesector. Deze functie biedt de mogelijkheid om Circular verder mee te ondersteunen in zijn groeitraject en een betekenisvolle impact te hebben op de toekomst van Circular bv.VerantwoordelijkhedenMarktleiderschap en KennisontwikkelingKennisontwikkeling: Opvolgen van markttrends en opbouwen van kennis omtrent toepasbaarheid van collectieve energie- en energie management systemen. Participatie in kennisprojecten.Strategische inzichten: vanuit kennisontwikkeling rond marktevolutie, veranderende wetgeving en sales: adviseren en ondersteunen van ontwikkeling over commerciële richting en focus van het product (product market fit - sales propositie)Positionering van thought leadership: creëren van inhoud (blogs, presentaties, website) die onze kennis vertalen en communiceren met onze (potentiële) klantenPre-Sales en Offerte VoorbereidingJe analyseert de vragen en behoeften van potentiële klanten (Meedenken) en bepaalt of het project technisch en commercieel haalbaar is voor Circular.Opmaak van offertesOndersteuning contract closeBusiness developmentOpbouwen van een netwerk bij doelgroepen van Circular bij vastgoedontwikkelaars, industriële sectoren en cruciale partnershipsProactief contacteren en warm maken van klanten voor de oplossingen van CircularKwalificatiesOpleiding: Bij voorkeur een technisch-commerciële achtergrond (bv. Handelsingenieur of Industrieel Ingenieur).Ervaring: Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in de energiesector, B2B sales of technisch consultancy.Sectorkennis: bij voorkeur sterk inhoudelijk inzicht in energiemarkten, wetgeving en duurzame technieken (duurzame energie, batterijen, warmtepompen). Interne opleiding mogelijk.Commerciële drive: Bewezen ervaring met B2B sales, netwerken en het spotten van marktkansen.Communicatie: Sterk in woord en schrift; je kunt complexe materie vertalen naar overtuigende blogs, presentaties en offertes.Talen: Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
