About the Role This is a unique opportunity to develop your sales skills in a dynamic industry. Your Responsibilities Visit healthcare professionals to provide professional information about medicinal products. Maintain strict compliance with legal regulations and codes of conduct. Implement and monitor sales promotion measures such as training events. Participate in field service conferences. Conduct administrative activities like area analyses, visit and monthly reports, expenses, and documentation of sales-relevant data. Your Qualifications At least 2 years of sales experience preferably in the pharmaceutical or scientific industry. A strong network and familiarity with the region. A results-driven mindset and motivation to take on challenges. Fluent Dutch and good English skills. High ethical sense, emotional intelligence, and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Digital skills to work effectively with new communication tools and CRM system. Candidates Profile Excellent sales techniques. Perseverance and persuasiveness. Strong willingness to learn, enjoyment of challenges, and flexibility. Strong presentation and communication skills. Organizational skills and resilience. High social skills, empathy, and ability to work in a team. Initiative and willingness to take responsibility.
