Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

The main responsibilities include:

- Develop and grow current and potential NobelProcera/Digital Solutions Business
- Constantly analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends and provide periodic reports
- Plan sales activities to ensure that the territory attains or exceeds the assigned sales goals
- Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers, access their needs and characteristics
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction with products, solutions and services offered
- Implement and monitor creative marketing activities aimed at expanding core business; promote new products & solutions
- Analyze customer digital business needs and opportunities, and plan with customer ways to increase business flow
- Participate in local, national and international events, trade shows and company meetings as appropriate
- Ensure a high level of service for chains of dental clinics present in the relevant territory
- Develop and maintain accurate up-to-date customer information
- Report any product issues, the loss or potential loss of key customers, or competitive sales strategies that negatively or positively affect local sales

**Job Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- A minimum of three years of achievement-oriented sales experience, preferably in the medical device field (dental industry preferred)
- Experience with selling Digital Solutions to Dentists and Lab owners is highly preferred

**Competences and Critical Success Factors**:

- Certified Dental Technician status is desirable but not required
- Flemish language skills on a native level; proficiency in the English language
- Basic to intermediate French language skills are considered an advantage
- Experience in using a CRM system is strongly preferred
- The ability to comprehend and verbalize highly technical product information
- Strong communication and selling skills
- Able to independently plan and organize the activities of the territory based on the manager's direction, market requirements and customer needs
