Als Product Marketing Manager bij NOWJOBS ben jij de schakel tussen product, marketing en onze gebruikers. Jij zorgt ervoor dat bedrijven en bijverdieners moeiteloos de waarde van onze app begrijpen en maximaal benutten. Door sterke productpositionering, strategische communicatie en data-gedreven inzichten help je productadoptie te stimuleren en de gebruikerservaring continu te verbeteren.

Je team.

Je komt terecht in ons internationaal marketing team. 7 enthousiaste collega's die je bijstaan met tonnen expertise, waaronder een webdeveloper, marketing automation specialists, performance marketeer, grafisch designer, growth marketeer. Je rapporteert aan de International Brand & Digital Manager en werkt nauw samen met het product & IT team, customer success, sales en lokale marketingteams.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden.

Productpositionering & communicatie

  • Ontwikkelen en bewaken van een sterke, consistente productpositionering en messaging.
  • Afstemmen van productcommunicatie op verschillende doelgroepen en markten.
  • Coördineren en optimaliseren van feature- en productcommunicatie, zoals in-app announcements, e-mails en marketingcampagnes.
  • Reviewen en optimaliseren van in-app copy in samenwerking met de lokale marketingteams.

Customer journey & adoptie

  • In kaart brengen van wanneer, wat en hoeveel we communiceren op elk moment in de customer lifecycle.
  • Opzetten van strategieën om gebruikers sneller en effectiever te activeren binnen ons platform.
  • Monitoren en analyseren van hoe nieuwe features gebruikt worden en waar optimalisaties nodig zijn.

Marktonderzoek & klantinzichten

  • Opzetten en uitvoeren van klantenbevragingen, surveys en product testing.
  • Verzamelen en vertalen van gebruikersfeedback naar concrete verbeteringen samen met het productteam.
  • Identificeren van markttrends en concurrentieanalyses om productmarketingstrategieën te verfijnen.

Support & interne communicatie

  • Coördineren van interne release notes en informeren van teams over productupdates, dit in samenwerking met het product & IT team.
  • Samenwerken met customer success, marketing & sales om hen te voorzien van de juiste tools en messaging.

Data & optimalisatie

  • Analyseren van statistieken en feedback om de impact van productcommunicatie te verbeteren.
  • Signaleren van onderbenutte features en ontwikkelen van initiatieven om gebruik te stimuleren.

Jouw profiel


• Een aantal jaar ervaring in product marketing of een vergelijkbare rol binnen een digitale omgeving, ervaring in een B2B SaaS omgeving is mooi meegenomen.


• Analytisch én creatief, met een talent voor het vertalen van complexe informatie naar heldere en impactvolle communicatie.


• Ervaring met customer journeys en hoe je gebruikers effectief door een product leidt.


• Gestructureerde, zelfstandige werker met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.


• Data-gedreven mindset, met kennis van tools om productgebruik en adoptie te meten.
