Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to lead and manage pharmaceutical projects utilizing Siemens Opcenter MES. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Execution: Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close project activities. Develop detailed project plans, set project goals, and define project tasks.
2. Resource Management: Allocate resources and coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Budget Management: Manage the project budget, track expenses, and minimize costs where possible.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential issues, manage risks, and implement solutions to address problems.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
6. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations and quality standards.
7. Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
8. Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead project review meetings, document results, and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
   Experience: Over 12 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on MES.
2. Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Siemens Opcenter MES, including implementation and integration.
   Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Skills

1. Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification.
2. Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
3. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software and tools.
