**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning and Execution**:Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close project activities. Develop detailed project plans, set project goals, and define project tasks.
- **Resource Management**: Allocate resources and coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Budget Management**:Manage the project budget, track expenses, and minimize costs where possible.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential issues, manage risks, and implement solutions to address problems.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**: Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations and quality standards.
- **Documentation**:Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- **Team Leadership**: Coordinate and lead project review meetings, document results, and implement necessary changes.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: Over 12 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on MES.
- **Technical Skills**: Extensive experience with Siemens Opcenter MES, including implementation and integration.
Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

**Preferred Skills**
- **Certifications**: PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- **Industry Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
- **Software Proficiency**:Proficiency in project management software and tools.
