Currently, we have over 20 Decathlon brands, each dedicated to a specific sport or practice. And, our family ownership means we're here for the long term. Samen met je team haal je het beste uit jullie afdeling en zorg je ervoor dat deze er altijd tip-top uitziet. Als winkelmedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor: Klantbeleving met een glimlach: Je creëert een positieve ervaring voor onze klanten, waardoor ze graag terugkomen en Decathlon aanbevelen. Verkoop van producten en diensten: Je leidt de verkoop van onze fysieke en digitale producten en diensten in goede banen. Verwerking van leveringen en voorraadbeheer: Je werkt samen met je team om leveringen te verwerken en voorraden te controleren. Je hebt een passie voor sport en je kijkt er naar uit om deze met anderen te delen. In gesprek met onze klanten is jouw klantvriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid een echte troef. Je durft initiatief nemen en komt uit eigen beweging in actie. Je maakt op een zelfstandige manier graag het verschil, om samen met je team taken af te vinken en doelen te behalen.
