We help clients rethink, define, and orchestrate their Enterprise Architecture during critical phases or disruptive events. Job Description We’re looking for an IT Solutions Architect (SA) to build and mature our Architecture services for our clients. The SA is the interface between business and technology development needs, responsible for the entire architecture development process – from conception to completion – and for presenting Solution Architecture and/or Assessments to stakeholders. Responsibilities Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, functionalities, and business processes. Evaluate business requirements and write technical requirements supporting business initiatives. Define the solution architecture and possible alternatives for projects, ensuring alignment with vision and architecture principles. Create and present Conceptual, Logical, and Physical solution architecture diagrams for peer reviews. Follow up on project plans and timelines with the project manager and team, delivering documentation and supporting artefacts. Guide and verify choices made in the build phase and validate or test the implementation. Define non‑functional requirements (privacy, performance, data compliance, stability & availability) and apply them throughout the solution. Determine essential steps such as migration plans, processes, frameworks, tooling, blueprints, and migration paths to complete business requirements. Collaborate with fellow architects to define and align on the solution approach, ensuring compliance with domain architecture principles. Provide insights to facilitate decisions and set priorities. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. Several years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture. Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions and the ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. Strong knowledge of Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Microservices. Proficient with Java/J2EE. Good knowledge of Azure Cloud Services. Familiar with front‑end/back‑end frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, Struts, Node.js, Angular, jQuery, Bootstrap). Experience with SOAP, RESTful web services. CI/CD tools (GitHub, DevOps, Jenkins, Maven, Bamboo, etc.) and scripting (PowerShell, Terraform, Bicep). Experience with containers (Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes). Knowledge of cloud, virtualization, microservices, API management, and security topics. Modeling experience (ArchiMate, BPMN, UML). Ability to guide stakeholders on strategic roadmaps and blueprints.
