What you’ll bring You’re a hands‑on operator with proven leadership in hospitality—ideally at GM level or as a senior departmental leader ready for your first GM appointment. You’re commercially sharp, confident working with owners and brand partners in a third‑party management model, and passionate about developing people. Prior experience with Marriott (or IHG/Hilton) is advantageous, but a growth mindset and brand stewardship are essential for you to succeed.
