Senior Product Manager (Gurgaon-based) Join Agoda as a Senior Product Manager based in Gurugram, India. We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive product strategy across our web, mobile and B2B APIs, ensuring seamless partner integration, data access, and operational efficiency. About Agoda Agoda is an online travel booking platform that connects travelers with a global network of 4.7 million hotels, holiday properties, flights and activities. Powered by cutting‑edge technology, Agoda serves customers in 27 markets and employs more than 7,100 people from 95+ nationalities. Overview This role facilitates forward inventory distribution via APIs, ensuring seamless partner integration and maximizing inventory value across B2B channels. Agoda’s Senior Product Managers define product strategy and goals for the website, mobile applications, mobile website and email marketing. They create and maintain a product roadmap, communicate with business heads, marketing, developers and senior management, and drive innovation to keep Agoda ahead in a highly competitive industry. Responsibilities Work on end‑to‑end B2B API products. Monitor and analyze market conditions, conduct competitor and technology landscape analyses, and prioritize market opportunities. Set strategic direction that aligns short‑term and long‑term goals with customer needs and business objectives. Translate strategic goals into actionable operational tasks. Lead an agile team to launch consistent, branded experiences across all products. Define and evaluate KPIs for all projects. Define site, app and overall user experience flows. Assess risks and trade‑offs for each initiative. Collaborate closely with users to ensure projects meet business needs. Qualifications Proven ability to use analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision‑making. Experience with emerging data‑mining technology. Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Experience with B2B2C, B2B or B2C products. Passion for web design, functionality and testing. Enthusiasm to develop engineered processes and technologies and apply innovative solutions. Ability to motivate and inspire development teams to achieve beyond expectations. Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset; effective at managing change in a fast‑moving, evolving business. Experience with the latest internet trends and technologies. MBA or advanced degree in Math, Computer Science or Statistics preferred. Core Competencies Relentless curiosity and urge to innovate, measure and improve. Openness to change and new information.
