VACATUREInternal Sales Advisor Voor een internationale speler gespecialiseerd in technische componenten zijn we op zoek naar een Technisch Commercieel Adviseur Binnendienst. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij technische vragen of kwaliteitsproblemen. Je combineert jouw technische expertise met een klantgerichte aanpak om zo bij te dragen aan een vlotte dienstverlening én een sterke klanttevredenheid.Wat doe je?Je behandelt technische vragen en kwaliteitsklachten van klanten en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige opvolging.Je adviseert over technische specificaties, alternatieven en referentienummers.Je ondersteunt klanten en interne collega’s bij het vinden van de juiste onderdelen.Je registreert technische dossiers in het systeem en schakelt met gespecialiseerde afdelingen waar nodig.Je begeleidt klanten bij het gebruik van het online platform.Je detecteert opportuniteiten voor cross- en upselling en onderneemt proactief actie.Je werkt mee aan interne projecten en draagt bij aan kennisdeling binnen het team.Wie ben je?Je beschikt over een sterke technische achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld in automechanica, hydraulica of elektromechanica.Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels.Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en werkt graag samen met collega’s.Je bent leergierig, flexibel en voelt je thuis in een dynamische werkomgeving.Ervaring in een technische klantenservice of binnendienst is een pluspunt.Wat heeft onze partner jou te bieden?Een grondige opleiding en ondersteuning bij opstart.Een warm en collegiaal team met veel ruimte voor kennisdeling.Flexibiliteit om deels van thuis uit te werken na de inwerkperiode.Een competitief loon aangevuld met aantrekkelijke extralegale voordelen.Een professionele omgeving waarin innovatie en ontwikkeling centraal staan.Ben jij de Internal Sales Advisor om het team van onze partner te versterken?
