Train-the-trainer sessies voor de interne digicoaches van het Agentschap LV. Mee helpen aanmaken van opleidingsmateriaal (handleidingen, instructiefilmpjes, enz.) over tools waar ondersteuning voor nodig is.
Jouw profiel
Aantoonbare communicatieve en didactische vaardigheden. Aantoonbare ervaring in het maken van les
- en cursusmateriaal en het lesgeven voor diverse doelgroepen. Aantoonbare ervaring met de toepassingen/systemen waarvoor training gegeven wordt. Goede allround kennis van Microsoft Office-tools. Goede kennis van SharePoint. Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring met training Microsoft Copilot. Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de rol van digicoach (individuele coaching). Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring met training Office-pakketten. Taalvereiste: Nederlandstalig op CEFR-niveau C2. Zeer goede kennis van Microsoft Copilot. Aantoonbare ervaring met Stakeholder Management. Plan van aanpak met opname van de relevante taken. Voldoende beschikbaarheid in de gevraagde periode en flexibiliteit op het vlak van inplannen van de coach.
