We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren en daadkrachtige Senior Project Manager om een omvangrijk, digitaal transformatieprogramma te leiden. Dit project, vereist een leider die uitblinkt in structuur, financiële controle en strakke opvolging. Ben jij de professional die complexe projecten succesvol binnen budget en volgens strikte governance beheert? Dan zoeken wij jou. Wat houdt de functie in? Als de 'kapitein van het schip' ben je de onmisbare schakel. Je primaire doel is het garanderen van de succesvolle oplevering van de projecten. Kernverantwoordelijkheden: Strikte Governance en Rapportage: Je bent de drijvende kracht achter een feilloze projectgovernance. Dit omvat de verantwoordelijkheid voor gedetailleerde documentatie, notulering, financiële opvolging, en het opleveren van nauwkeurige statusrapporten aan alle stakeholders. Financieel en Planning Beheer: Je beheert en bewaakt het totale programma budget en de tijdlijnen. Je identificeert proactief risico's en issues en stelt effectieve mitigatieplannen op. Stakeholder Management: Je fungeert als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Je managet de verwachtingen en de communicatie met alle interne en externe partijen in de complexe omgeving. Team Leiding en Coördinatie: Je zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen de diverse teams, die deels onshore en deels nearshore actief zijn, en zorgt dat zij zich aan de projectdoelen houden. Commerciële Ondersteuning: Je draagt bij aan de commerciële groei door het schrijven van offertes en ondersteuning bij de opportunity pursuit. Jouw profiel Wij zoeken een gestructureerde en communicatief sterke Project Manager die de complexiteit en omvang van dit programma aankan. Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring in Project Management. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het leiden van een project over een langere periode (minimaal 2 jaar) en met projecten van aanzienlijke budgettaire omvang (gelijkaardig aan het EUR 4M programma). Je beschikt over diepgaande kennis van diverse projectmanagementmethodologieën (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum). Certificaten zoals Prince2 en PM2 zijn een pluspunt. Je begrijpt dat strikte governance, financiële follow-up en rapportage cruciale elementen zijn voor succesvolle projectoplevering. Je drukt je uitstekend uit in zowel het Nederlands (min. C1) als het Engels (min. C1). Ervaring in Embedded Software Development projecten (kennis van C++ of Python). Ervaring met het werken binnen/met de publieke sector.
