Analyst, On-site IT SupportLocation: Brussels Contract: Full-time, PermanentWe are seeking an On-site IT Support Analyst to ensure the smooth operation of personal computing and office technology. This is a hands-on role providing first-class on-site and desk-based technical support, resolving incidents and service requests, and supporting audio-visual and collaboration technologies.Key responsibilitiesProvide hands-on technical support, including software installation and upgrades, hardware setup, mobile device management, and application configurationOwn and drive incidents and service requests through to resolution, escalating where necessary and remaining engaged until closureSupport video conferencing, in-room systems, audio conferencing, and AV equipment for meetings and live eventsProvide expert support for online webinar tools and collaboration platformsPerform preventative maintenance on workstations, printers, and peripheralsLog, track, document, and analyse incidents and resolutions to identify trends and prevent recurring issuesTest fixes, perform post-resolution follow-ups, and ensure customer satisfactionOperate within information security policies and assist users in working effectively within security frameworksContribute to continuous improvements across the on-site IT environmentAbout the teamThe Technology function is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting a global IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, communications, and data services. The team works closely with business stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and forward-thinking technology solutions.This role reports to a Supervisor or Manager within On-site IT Support or IT Service Delivery.About youTechnical skills & experienceStrong experience in IT support, computer science, information systems, or a related fieldSolid knowledge of computer hardware, particularly workstations and laptopsExperience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365Proven experience working within a service desk environment, managing incidents under SLAsFamiliarity with incident management tools and troubleshooting methodologiesExperience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentProfessional-level English language skillsPlease apply if you are interested
