Functieomschrijving

Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een IT support medewerker in Brussel.
Je takenpakket zal bestaan uit:

- First line en second line support voor eindegebruikers
- Installeren en configureren van client hardware en software
- Doorverbinden naar third line support of andere teams bij escalatie van incidenten
- Ondersteunen van diverse standaard business applicaties
- Begeleiden van gebruikers bij het toepassen van softwarepakketten
- Opvolgen van alle IT materiaal
- Opstellen van gebruikershandleidingen
- Rapporteren aan de IT manager

Profiel
- Bachelor of Master in informatica (gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in service desk ondersteuning
- Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans
- In het bezit van een rijbewijs B
- Zeer goede kennis van Windows 10/ Android/ IOS
- Interesse in IT
- Leergierig
- Zelfstandig en teamplayer

- Communicatief sterk
- Stressbestendig
