BIM Solutions Specialist & Openings Studio Consultant Join to apply for the BIM Solutions Specialist & Openings Studio Consultant role at ASSA ABLOY Group. Overview For the Belux region, ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions is seeking a BIM Solutions Specialist & Openings Studio Consultant to strengthen the existing specification team and support the growing user base of Openings Studio. You will be the specialist in BIM and the ASSA ABLOY Openings Studio software, serving as the link between technology, content and commercial momentum to ensure digital tools align with market needs and support the specification process. Responsibilities Promote the use and rollout of BIM content and processes within the organization and lead the deployment of ASSA ABLOY Openings Studio (AAOS). Create detailed and accurate door models using BIM technology for client presentations and project documentation. Collaborate with architects, contractors and designers to understand their needs and provide tailored BIM solutions. Provide technical support and advice on BIM-related questions and assist customers with integrating our products into their projects. Prepare trainings and workshops for internal sales teams and external customers, explaining how BIM works and its benefits in door specifications. Coordinate new releases, perform upgrades and maintain BIM solutions. Support the implementation of advanced features such as machine learning and AI within our BIM offerings. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products and BIM technology developments to identify new sales opportunities. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure door models are current and comply with industry standards. Qualifications Bachelor in Architecture, Construction, Construction Management or related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or manufacturing. Experience with BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit and/or GRAPHISOFT ARCHICAD) is a plus. Strong knowledge of door product applications in construction projects is advantageous. Networking in the AEC industry is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Languages: fluent in Dutch, French and English. Valid driver's license. Why ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions?
