Jouw uitdagingDe afdeling Port Projects staat in voor de realisatie van nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten, van waterbouwkundige projecten tot grotere grondwerken. Voor de dagdagelijkse werfopvolging van de projecten in uitvoering zijn we op zoek naar een construction engineer om ons werfteam te versterken.
Als construction engineer neem je de nodige initiatieven om de dagdagelijkse opvolging op de werf te garanderen.
- Je geeft functioneel leiding aan de construction experts en de supervisors binnen het werfteam.
- Tijdens de ontwerpfase van onderdelen bepaal en bewaak je mee de uitvoerbaarheid van het ontwerp.
- Je staat in voor de controle en opvolging van de werken in uitvoering. Je bewaakt of de werken uitgevoerd worden zoals beschreven in de contractuele documenten en volgens de gemaakte afspraken.
- Je staat in voor de controle en opvolging van de opmaak, nazicht en ondertekening van het dagboek der werken.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de controle op welzijn en veiligheid en je bent alert voor non-conformiteiten (naleven van de veiligheidsinstructies, het veilige gebruik van arbeidsmiddelen, de collectieve en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen en de gebruikte stoffen en preparaten).
- Je staat in voor de opvolging van diverse documenten, denk hierbij aan het kwaliteitshandboek, ingediende werkbeschrijvingen, uitvoeringsprocedures, technische fiches, afwijkingsrapporten, aangetekende brieven,…
- Je behandelt vorderingsstaten, bis-staten, ramingsstaten en verrekeningen.
- Je bent aanwezig op vergaderingen en je staat in voor de opmaak en het versturen van de verslagen.
Jouw profiel:
- Je hebt een master diploma industrieel ingenieur (optie bouwkunde) of je hebt gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
- Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring met gelijkaardige projecten binnen de bouwsector en je beschikt over voldoende bouwkundig inzicht en technische expertise. Ervaring met waterbouwkundige werken is een plus.
- Jouw sterktes? Je bent communicatief, je weet voet bij stuk te houden in discussies met uitvoerders en je streeft steeds naar oplevering van kwalitatief werk.
- Kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieuzorg zijn voor jou geen onbekende begrippen.
- Dankzij jouw planmatige en gestructureerde aanpak worden projectresultaten behaald binnen de vooropgestelde termijn, budget en kwaliteitscriteria.
- Je weet snel en accuraat oplossingen te bieden bij dagdagelijkse problemen en je anticipeert op mogelijke toekomstige problemen.
